Welcome to the world, baby G | Philadelphia Newborn Photography

I got back into the swing of things yesterday with the unbelievably adorable Baby G. At just under three weeks she was a little older than my typical newborns, but she was a total dream to photograph, with hair, eyes and lips to die for. She stayed awake for some photos of her gorgeous eyes and then fell into possibly the deepest sleep I have ever had with a newborn, which allowed me (with help from mom) to get some great sleeping shots. Mom and dad were super relaxed and a joy to work with as well and we got along great – which made sense once I figured out we were all Big East grads ;)

One thing I am most excited about is that once big brother G. woke up, I captured what has to be my favorite sibling shot to date. He is so in love with the “baba” and I think the shot shows it perfectly.

So C. and D. I really loved meeting your little family and revisiting my old neighborhood :) I hope you enjoy these shots as much as I do!

Need a real estate agent?

Sheila came to me needing new photos for her marketing materials.  Although I typically only do children and families, I was up for something new and different and agreed to do the session – and I’m so glad I did!  It was so much fun to do something out of my element and Sheila was great to work with – I can imagine that she is phenomenal with clients as well!    So enjoy a very different photo from me and if you need an agent, her contact info is below the photo.  And if you need headshots or want a similar session, let me know, I’d love to do it again!

The kids

I start back to sessions this week with some head shots and then a newborn on the 21st and I cannot WAIT.  I didn’t think I would miss photographing little ones and the editing and the emails as much as I have.  In the meantime, more pictures I am taking at home of the kids.

Since I never put Nolan on here anymore, here is the big boy.  This was taken when he was pretty bored and tired of being cooped up inside the house so forgive the serious expression.  I still think he’s a handsome thing but I’m pretty biased ;)
