My last session in Providence was a rain out.  Literally 🙂  Originally I was going to do the photos for P somewhere outside.  And then came the rain.  So we were going to do another location, but it turned out that they were using the location for some filming.  So P’s mom suggested the Providence Place Mall and the attached walkway and Westin hotel.  Brilliant and total thinking outside of the box!  I have to say it actually worked out great!  P was a delight to work with which doesn’t always happen with three year olds (as I can personally attest to).  Mom and Grandma even got in on the action as well, singing and dancing and getting into pictures.  How special to include three generations in the photos!  Overall, even though plans had to be rearranged, I love what came out of it!!

And yes ladies, according to him, he does NOT have a girlfriend and IS single 😉 

And one last one to prove to B’s mother that the camera DOES like her. Aren’t they beautiful?

I ended my Saturday whirlwind of sessions with little Mr. M and his mom and dad on the East Side of Providence. M just turned 8 months old and was a bundle of big eyes and even bigger smiles!! We had a great time in the house and even stopped out to a nearby park for some photos. M did great for the entire session – what a trooper! And mom and dad did well also. 🙂 It’s a unique situation when you get two parents who appreciate the art of photography AND are really into the session AND are so adorably loving with each other!! I love photographing families and I absolutely adored photographing the three of them – and I think you’ll see why!

My third session on Saturday took me to North Attleboro, MA, just over the border from RI.  There I met the beautiful little girls A. (almost 4) and S. (6 months) along with their mom and dad at their house.  They were just adorable with completely different looks!  It reminded me of my sister Sara and I – one brunette, one blond.  🙂  They also reminded me of my own children because of the age difference and how much A. loves her little sister. It was so much fun to shoot siblings and I absolutely adore some of the shots that I got!  Here are some of my faves!

My second session Saturday was with the delicious Mr. B! B. is right at seven months – one of my favorite ages to photograph! He and his mom and dad met me at Slater Park in Pawtucket for a session with the canadian geese. (Well, not really, but it sure seems like they are everywhere in RI right now!)  We did photos in a gazebo and over a few bridges and some great stone walls – it is great when you have such diverse backdrops in one small location!! B. was a great sport with huge smiles and laughs and of course, lots of tongue-sticking-out. Such a wonderful age!!!
