Spring Minis Part 5 | Rhode Island Child Photography

And we have reached the end of the mini sessions.  (Well for this week – I have a makeup one this Saturday and then Mr J from yesterday.)  My last session of the gorgeous early summer weekend was with these two.  Aren’t they so adorable!  And I was a total sucker for them because like my own they have one child with brown eyes and one with blue (even though they don’t look super blue in the warm setting sun light!).  They did a great job running around with me under trees, on steps, in the sun and out and even posed for a few together – which is very hard when you are 3 and 7!!

I started off my Sunday minis with this adorable little guy and his family!  Although he was feeling under the weather and I think we are going to try again at a later date, I did manage to get some shots in before he decided he was done for the day.  🙂  I love love love the outfit choices here – Daily Tea for your little is always a good option!!

Spring Minis Part 3 | Rhode Island Family Photography

Becky was one of my first clients here in Rhode Island two years ago.  We met on a very rainy day and did photos of her son in the walkway between the Mall and the Westin.  Glorious sounding, I know.  But we really made it work and they came out quite cute  🙂  (At least I like to tell myself that)  Then I got to watch her life go on through a message board we were both on and I would see her very occasionally at events.  This past weekend I got to meet her daughter and husband for the very first time.  So so cute!!!   The kids are just precious and the family – just perfect.  🙂

Spring Minis Part 2 | Rhode Island Family Photography

I’m late, I’m late for a very a important date!  Okay, not actually.  I’m just super late posting this in the day.  It has been so gorgeous outside that I after 12:00 when I pick my son up I am not getting any work done until night time.  But better late than never, right??  These two cuties I first photographed about 18 months ago.  My have they grown since then!!  So so gorgeous and giggly and cute.  🙂

Spring Minis Part 1 | Rhode Island Baby Photographer

I had the first day of my Spring mini sessions this past weekend.  Three gorgeous families on Saturday, and two on Sunday, both on absolutely gorgeous days!!  While my street is absolutely in full bloom everywhere you look, I struggled to find a spot in the park (which is literally right NEXT to my street!) that had flowers in it.  In the end I found this one gorgeous patch that I used.  So you might notice some similarity between the photos  😉  But at least everyone will have bright beautiful spring colors!!  LOL!  These sneak peeks are going to be smaller as the clients are only getting 10 images – don’t want to give away the farm here!

First up was one of my favorite families.  Our first session together, she was 13 weeks pregnant with this little one.  The second session was a family session back in the Fall.  Today, it was all about little sister.  A session just for her and mommy!  Perfectly timed if you ask me – one week before Mother’s Day!  Little C had just started walking – that fun, stuttering, stop and start age  🙂  Loved her!
