When Sasha’s mom contacted me to do senior photos for her, I was over the moon.  I don’t get to do a lot of images for seniors, as the majority of my work is with babies and younger kids.  But already knowing mom and Sasha’s youngest sister, I didn’t hesitate to say yes – because I knew it would be beautiful and fun!

We did the session at their house in their gorgeous yard.  With goats, and dogs, and cats, and amazing natural beauty, there was so much to work with!  First we did images with just Sasha since it was her senior session.  Later, we added in mom and dad and siblings.   I am such a sucker for parent images.  There is something so sweet about them, especially as kids get older.  I look at my son, who is a freshman in high school, and I cannot imagine doing senior photos with him!  It seems so far off, and yet so close.

To finish the session, we did some photos with the goats, and then Sasha changed into her high school lacrosse uniform to celebrate the sport she loved.  Being on top of a hill on their property I couldn’t resist getting a gorgeous silhouette as the sun set behind the trees!!

I wish her all the best of luck with college, and for the first and likely only time ever, I will say Roll Tide. 😉
