There really is no other phrase for her. Simply beautiful. At almost 33 weeks pregnant, she literally glows with excitement and radiates beauty. And when you get her together with her husband? You can almost literally feel the love and joy and excitement coming from them. My friend and I were remarking that even though they have been married for nine years, it is like they are newlyweds again they are so happy. But it makes sense – it’s something they waited a long time for…and something that I already know that they are going to treasure more than anything else. I cannot wait for their newborn session.

I got to spend a few hours yesterday with this absolutely lovely little baby girl in her home on the East Side. She was just WOW beautiful and with a gorgeous name that has it’s roots in finding out they were pregnant while in Paris. (As a side note, can you imagine being in that amazing city AND finding out you are pregnant – wowza!!) Her mom and dad weren’t too shabby either especially for having a 12 day old in the house!! BUT I could quickly see why. Even though it took quite a while to get her settled to the point where I could really work easily with her, she was more than content to be very calm and hang out and just look around and check out the world. She was one of the most serene awake newborns I have ever been around. As you can see, she is already working on her modeling and posing. Please note, I did not get her into that position. Well not completely. 🙂

I will be doing a commercial shoot within the next few weeks for the Summer Infant Company, maker of the Swaddle Me and Swaddle Pod products. We are looking for baby models 3 months and younger for this new campaign and product shoot. Images may be used on their website, on packaging and for advertisements, in brochures and in stores for their Swaddle Me and Swaddle Pod products,. Specifically we are looking for two groups:
SWADDLE ME:
* Blond, brunette, Asian, African American and Hispanic.
* 6-8 babies
* age of babies should be about 3 months old (not older), 10-13 lbs, average size and length
* Since it is for a swaddle product, babies who like to be swaddled would be best
SWADDLE POD:
* looking for African American and also blonde/brunette
* 8-9 lb baby average size, about a month old, not any older or larger
* 3 babies
If you are interested or know someone who might be and will be willing and able to travel to the Providence area for the shoot, please email your information along with a picture of your baby to amy@amyrophotography.com and they will be forwarded to the creative team for selection.
